The SeaChef Diaries is a premium sailing experience that combines the luxury of exploring Croatia’s coastline by catamaran with immersive, hands-on cooking sessions. Guests will enjoy a curated week-long culinary journey aboard a chartered catamaran, complete with a professional skipper (captain/chef), a hostess/cook guiding Dalmatian and Balkan-inspired cooking lessons, fresh meals prepared on board, and port stops for local market visits, wine tastings, and dining excursions.

Operating from the Dalmatian coast, The SeaChef Diaries offers a unique experiential travel product targeting food lovers, adventurers, and couples/small groups seeking a boutique, all-inclusive experience with a hands-on concept. Our small groups (6–8 guests) ensure personal attention, authentic stories and a home-like hospitality aboard.

That’s exactly how SeaChef was born: from a deep passion for sailing and a lifelong love of cooking. We simply combined what we do best with what we love most — and decided to share it with those who can truly appreciate it.

 

Our team brings together over 55 years of experience in catering, culinary hospitality, and 31 years in nautical expertise, including sailing and seafaring. We know the Croatian coast inside and out — not only its famous destinations but also the hidden gems of Dalmatian culinary tradition.

 

Our mission is to offer guests an unforgettable experience that blends the beauty of sailing, the art of cooking, and the thrill of diving, all delivered with an authentic, homely touch and professional service.
